Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

Looking for a Senior full-stack Rails dev (5+ years experience) searching

TidyMe are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Rails Developer to
manage the roadmap and development of our product. As part of a growing
team, your work will have an immediate and lasting impact on the company.
This is a senior role working directly with the CEO and Head of Operations
to take the business to its next level of growth.

Our amazing team have grown the business to this point and as we continue
to expand the business, we are looking for an experienced Senior Rails
Developer as we scale up to solidify our position as the number 1 player in
the market, via geographical growth within Australia and internationally,
partnerships, new products and new verticals.

About the challenge

Our two-sided marketplace essentially faces very similar challenges to a
logistics business, with the deployment and utilisation of suppliers,
communication and quality control being at the core of what we are solving
for.

Heading up the development team, you will be working towards building and
optimising the product in Rails and React Native. As part of the core team,
and as we accelerate our growth you will have the opportunity to grow and
develop in a role that will give you as much as you put in.

Rails 5 soon), Heroku, Postgres, JavaScript (React Native), and CSS

Team player with solid work ethic

Position Responsibilities

Take ownership of defined sections of development, from creating
technical specifications, to development, through to deployment

Write elegant and scalable code that meets technical and business
specifications
