I hope my humble approach to offer my knowledge post on this RORO forum
finds you having a nice day. If you are looking for a Ruby on Rails
developer and a hassle free software development experience, please let me

I can give you lots of Ruby, Rails, React and Node experience to get your
project up and running or take it to the next level. I work with these 4
main technologies on a daily basis and have more than 8 years working
experience with Rails. Other than that I am competent in working with
large data sets. Also have years of experience in designing and modelling
complex data relationships.

Also can give you a very modern web applications with Rails for the API and
React for the front end. Thanks to universal/isomorphic support built in to
ReactJS can give you fast turnarounds when it comes to feature
requirements. It is that you write one set of code for visual, UI and API
needs in JavaScript and that code is already good for some backend as well
as search engine optimised. Also can even give all front end code in
JavaScript as well, that thanks to React plus PostCSS.

I believe I am very good with flux architecture, hence Redux. Thanks to
Rails’ super awesome back end/ API server capabilities you can integrate
latest and best technology and see your ideas and business grow with super
fast build cycles from idea to working features.

I have worked on large projects where I had to manage server farms in the
cloud that included scaling and monitoring. I spend lot of time in Amazon
Web Services (AWS). Also handed in projects where I was the designer, UI
person, the coder, the listener and the coffee maker. So pretty much ready
for any worthwhile challenge.

As you can see from my description I may come across as jack of all trades,
Being a contractor or freelancer I have to give what I was expected to give
with the latest and best technology available. I don't have the luxury of
sticking to technology that I am familiar with and kick back and whinge all
day:-). Most assignments have to adapt with a minimum time and deliver. I
expect this and also accustomed to this.

One of my clients experienced a very successful story thanks to me being
the sole Rails developer. After 5 plus years his company now a multimillion
dollar company with more than 30 staff plus nice offices in South Melbourne
and I have bragging rights. Before just the owner in a shared office and me
offsite humble developer. I still work with them if they need any updates
(minor work now). Happy to give their details to verify, so feel free to

I believe I am a humble down to earth sort of a person. Saying that, I
would listen to your needs with an open mind and would make sure that you
get more than what you expected of me. I know you are here to get your work
done and not here to write me cheques, so I would respect your work. You
happy then I happy. I take that attitude when I work and always try to
understand from your side and write code as if it is my own project. Also I
shall communicate thoroughly about issues and challenges that may come
across during the project and resolve issues on a timely manner.

Really sorry to say this and nothing personal, I have to decline any roles
from recruitment agencies at this stage please. I like you all like
sunshine as people but not with this work approach. Also wiling to work on
yours or your company's own projects, again very sorry to say not on your
clients website projects. Trying to be upfront honest here.

As said earlier I am looking for a freelance, project or contract work
(short term or long term is fine by me). Happy to work with you until end
of time if it is a fair win win deal and you are a nice person or a group
